It's not something you're told, but some shops sell you unauthorised/unofficial replacement batteries. Some people go for those when fixing up their smartphones, just to save some money. But what if some brands like Xiaomi will make it inconvenient for you?

Earlier, rumour has appeared claiming that the Xiaomi Mi 10 with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 870 will be launched soon as it was spotted on 3C. Now, a new leak has come suggesting that the upcoming Mi 10 device could also come with a better symmetrical dual speaker system.

Earlier, Qualcomm has unexpectedly announced the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset by bringing some minor upgrades over the Snapdragon 865+. After the announcement, a rumour has come claiming that the Redmi K40 will be one of the first to use the chipset. Now, another device is joining and it could be the Xiaomi Mi 10.

Based on a statement by a user on weibo, it seems that Xiaomi could be unveiling a variant of the Xiaomi Mi 10 series that’s equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. While not much is known in regards to the exact release date, it does give us a better idea on what to expect when it is available in the global market.

The smartphone market is a fast-moving one, and that seems to be especially the case for China. Sources have claimed that Xiaomi may already be looking to launch the Mi 11 series, even though it hasn't even been a year since the Mi 10 was first launched.

Xiaomi has started the year 2020 with their latest flagship series Xiaomi Mi 10. Both the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro have brought us tech specs including Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, 108MP rear camera, and 90Hz display. Now, it is rumoured that they will release a new device with even more impressive tech specs to join the gang.

Based on a statement by Manu Kumar Jain, Global VP and Managing Director of Xiaomi India, it seems that the Android 11 Beta will be available on the Xiaomi Mi 10 series very soon. While not much is known in regards to the exact date the smartphone series will be receiving the beta, we do know that it will most likely come in a week or two.

As Xiaomi Malaysia will host their #ShopOnlineWithMi later on in the afternoon (2PM, 22 April), the company decided to let their fans and customers know the official price of the Mi 10 series. According to their Facebook post, the starting price costs RM2799 and the pre-order begins today. 

Just a few minutes ago (at the moment of posting this), Xiaomi Malaysia have just hinted a 5omethinG Big on their Facebook page. While the post didn't explicitly say what smartphone is it, it's safe to say that the Xiaomi Mi 10 series is finally arriving in Malaysia. The official date is 22 April 2020 which is next Wednesday.
