When it comes to security, most Apple products rely on Face ID. The technology uses a TrueDepth camera system to create a detailed 3D map of the user's face, which allows it to "remember" the user for activities such as unlocking the phone and making purchases. However, there are some new products including the iPhone SE (2020) and the entry-level iPad are still using Touch ID for such purposes. It's reported that Apple might change that soon by equipping all of its future products with Face ID.

Based on a statement by DigiTimes, it seems that next year’s iPad, iPad Pro, as well as the MacBook Pro, could come equipped with a 10.9-inch, 12.9-inch, and 16-inch OLED display respectively. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, it does give us a better idea of what to expect when it is available in the local market.

The latest Apple iOS 12 is now available in Malaysia for download (a large 1.57GB) and will work with all devices that worked with the previous iOS 11.
