By now, some of you may have tuned in to a Twitter Space or two. If you haven't, it's essentially Twitter's answer to Clubhouse, an audio chat room feature that lets you host live podcasts. The features big downside is that there's no in-app feature to record it, but that could be added soon.

"Wait a minute...but we already have WhatsApp for desktop, right?" That's what we thought too, but the WhatsApp team is developing something far more than that. In case you didn't know, they are developing a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) for both Windows and macOS.

Two months ago, the WhatsApp team was working on Multi-Device support and it's finally available. Well, sort of - although the function has been rolled out to both Android and iOS devices, the Multi-Device is still labelled as a beta in the WhatsApp settings.

While Facebook has renamed itself to Meta, most of its apps and products have avoided that awkward name change. That doesn't mean that nothing will change for apps like Facebook Messenger. In fact, sources have found new features for the platform.

At one point, Android tablets were devices that no one cared for. But they have seen a revival of sorts this year, with more brands starting to release both mid-range and flagship models. As such, Google is looking to make UI improvements for it.

With the release of Android 12, smartphone manufacturers have started working on custom skins for their devices. For Samsung, the beta of One UI 4.0 became available earlier this month and adds plenty of new features. Interestingly, the custom skin will also be available for non-mobile devices.

A few days ago, Google had officially announced Android 12 by uploading its source code to Android Open Source Project (AOSP). Not long after, Chinese smartphone brand, Xiaomi, was quick to kick start its beta program for the Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra. However, the bad news is, the early build of the operating system update seems to be turning the devices into bricks.
