It seems that XDA-Developers recently discovered that there’s a mid-range OnePlus smartphone currently in the works and it’s expected to come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G chipset. While not much is known in regards to the new mid-range smartphone, our source did mention that the device will most likely perform up to 60% faster compared to Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset.

Based on a statement by Bloomberg, it seems that Google currently in talks with Samsung in order to have Samsung smartphones prioritize Google Assistant and the Play Store over Bixby and Samsung’s equivalence of the Play Store. With that said, there could be a possibility that future Samsung smartphones with dedicated Bixby button could allow users to remap the button to Google Assistant.

This program was initiated by the government to cooperate with the private companies, each of the groups was allocated RM750 million and the program has successfully raised a total of RM1.5 billion.
