Based on a report by Reuters, it seems that Huawei’s CEO Ren Zhengfei has recently made a statement hinting that Huawei could potentially focus more on software development in the future in order to alleviate the effects caused by the trade ban. With that being said, Huawei could potentially ramp down their smartphone manufacturing if they do start focusing more on software.
