As we continue our journey in this CMCO, both GSC and TGV have announced that starting from 2 November 2020 onwards, all their cinema in Malaysia will be temporarily closed until the end of November. This is due to the new announcement made by the Malaysia Association of Film Exhibitors (MAFE) today.

Since GSC, TGV and MBO have announced that they are closing down temporarily from the Movement Restriction initiative, we foresee many cinemas elsewhere around the world will do the same. With this, Universal Pictures just did a nice move on distributing their movies via online rental.
