As hinted back in July, Google has finally launched the official version of Android 11 yesterday. Weeks of beta testing has gone by, but now you'll be able to get an update to the new operating system if you own certain devices. The new version will provide new features that focus on making it easier to communicate.

According to Google, Android 11 not only aims to make it easier for you to communicate but also to control smart devices. A new 'Conversations' section can be found above the notifications now, where you can set the notifications of certain apps to always be on. Google also updated the media controls and controls for smart home devices. By long-pressing the power button, you can now access direct controls to new shortcuts for smart devices.

Google devices will be getting the upgrade first, specifically Google Pixel 2 and above. Selected brands like Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and OPPO devices are also expected to get relatively early access to Android 11. Check the list below for eligible devices that have or will have access to Android 11 soon.
