Apple isn't going to launch the iPhone 14 series till September 2022. But as usual, rumours have surfaced months in advance. For instance, some sources claim that this year's models could all have 120Hz screens. In 2022, there might be changes to core specs too.

According to MacRumors, the iPhone 14 Pro could launch with 8GB of RAM. That would make it the iPhone with the most RAM thus far, matching up to the average flagship Android device. Apple has allegedly received supply for the RAM, and have scheduled mass production for the iPhone 14 series. As for the other non-Pro models, expect Apple to keep them at 4GB or 6GB RAM.

Besides the RAM capacity, other rumours of the iPhone 14 Pro have appeared since last year. One of them suggests that Apple would switch to a pill-shape cutout for the front camera. There are also claims that the company would switch to using a USB-C connector, embedded SIM, and a 48MP main camera.

Of course, none of the rumours are verified, so take them with a grain of salt. Having said that, what upgrade of changes are you hoping to see in this year's models? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news about the iPhone 14 series.
