Refreshing their existing 9.7-inch Apple iPad tablet lineup (which means no iPad Air 3), Apple have also launched the Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch model from $599 (RM2419) for the 32GB storage version with WiFi (check out all the pricings below). Featuring new tech specs like the A9X processor and support for a smaller but still super thin smart keyboard and the Apple Pencil stylus, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is basically the 12.9-inch iPad Pro in a smaller form factor.
No Malaysia release dates yet but like the iPhone SE preorders will start on 24 March 2016 and it is expected to be available (in the US at least) by 31 March 2016. It doesn't look like it will replace the iPad Air 2 so we should expect a price drop for that one at least.

Yes, you read that right. The new Misfit Shine 2 doesn’t need to charge. How is that possible you ask? Well, it’s done by simply replacing the integrated replaceable battery that is inside the smartband. This thing can last for six months on a single battery!
The Shine 2 is your typical smartband that monitors your exercising activities and health. It is able to pair up with iOS and Android, it will monitor your workout, nudges you to walk around if you’re sitting too long, keeps track of your goals through a companion app, alerts you with incoming phone notifications, and even watches you when you sleep...just joking, it just keeps a record of your sleep time.

Microsoft has officially announced their Microsoft Universal Foldable Keyboard, giving those mobile device road warriors a more portable keyboard than before. Granted, they already announced it at MWC but didn't offer pricing details. Featuring the ability to work with iOS, Android and Windows devices with two devices paired simultaneously, the keyboard connects via Bluetooth. When folded up, the keyboard automatically disconnects and shuts down the Bluetooth connection while opening the keyboard reconnects it. At 5mm thin, the keyboard offers full size keys and a battery that can last three months on standby. Other very interesting features include the fact that the keyboard is spillproof as the keys and fabric are water repellent. No Malaysia release dates and pricing details yet but it has been priced at $99.95 (RM380).

It appears that the ASUS ZenPad 8 is already available in the US for $199.99 (RM759). Tech specs are quite high for this price range with a 64-bit 1.83GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, 8-inch display with 2048 x 1536 resolution, 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and Android 5.1 Lollipop. The tablet is WiFi only though and while it isn't the latest Intel Atom x3 or SoFIA powered device, it does offer good value for the money. There are no specific Malaysia release dates yet and it will probably come to Malaysia eventually, but we expect this to happen only after the ASUS ZenPad 7 tablets get their marching orders sometime in July or August 2015.
