Hot on the heels of the recent rumour about the Samsung Galaxy S4 Plus is news that a Samsung Galaxy S4 version with LTE Advanced may be coming to South Korea next month. Coming from an announcement by Samsung's CEO J.K. Shin, the news confirms the existance of such a phone but he declined to name names. The only thing he did confirm was that it would be powered by a Qualcomm chipset and cost more than the current Samsung Galaxy S4. While LTE Advanced is not 5G, it does offer transmission speeds double than those of existing 4G LTE networks. While this also means you need to have an LTE Advanced compatible network in place already, many developed countries are probably looking to implement LTE Advanced very soon.

While Samsung have already created an Android powered digital camera in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Camera, it hasn't really had as much of an impact as hoped. While the pseudo-DSLR introduced Android smartphone connectivity and other functions for a digital camera, the camera itself didn't come up to par, often being compared to a hyped-up point-and-shoot. With the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom, there isn't really that much of a reason to go for the Samsung Galaxy Camera, which is why this rumour about an Android powered Samsung Galaxy NX sounds so plausible.

If you had Google Glass what would you do with it? Jump out of a plane and skydive to a rooftop below? If it were us, probably not, which is exactly what Google are thinking with their latest promo video showing off Google Glass. Rather than do something amazing or outstanding, it shows what most people in real life would end up using Google Glass for. We have to admit that it certainly looks fun and useful, especially to ask whatever question that pops up in your head, like are there any good Thai restaurants nearby?

For those of you traveling overseas to the US, watch out, a species of ants native to the US are destroying electronic devices such as smartphones because they like to eat their insides. These ants are called Rasberry crazy ants and apart from wiping out other ants they like to eat electrical components, especially those inside smartphones and tablets. Small enough to fit into most smartphones or tablets (either through the ports or the jacks), these ants make things worse by releasing pheromones that attract other Rasberry crazy ants when they die. So if they make it inside your smartphone, start nibbling and get electrocuted, they'll just attract more of their smartphone guts gobbling pals.

A number of metallic casings for a Nokia phone have surface recently and while they initially looked like the upcoming Nokia EOS, a closer look reveals that it may not be. While there is a raised camera hump like the Nokia EOS, it looks too small to fit earlier leaks of the Nokia EOS's massive 41MP PureView sensor. Lining up the chassis with a Nokia Lumia on the other hand reveals that metallic chassis could be for the rumoured Nokia Phablet as the chassis is much larger compared to the standard Nokia Lumia size.
