Last month, Nokia unveiled a new logo during MWC 2023 in Barcelona which signalled the brand’s intention to reinvent itself. Now, the company has also unveiled “Nokia Pure”, a revamped design system with new visual concepts.

Nokia India quietly released their Nokia C12 Pro today too for the entry-level. Featuring a Unisoc 9863A1 chipset, 2GB RAM / 3GB RAM, 64GB storage and a 4000 mAh battery, the 2GB RAM variant goes for 6999 INR (~RM378) while the 3GB RAM variant is priced at 7499 INR (~RM405). 

With Nokia's new logo revealed at the Mobile World Congress 2023 (MWC 23), the brand will no longer be focused on as a phone company. However, the Nokia Magic Max and Nokia C99 appeared at the MWC 23 and rumours have it they may be released soon.

Samsung and Nokia have entered into a multi-year 5G patent license agreement which would give the former access to the latter’s fundamental inventions in 5G and other technologies. The agreement is effective from 1 January 2023 and would see the South Korean tech giant make royalty payments to Nokia.

HMD Global’s Nokia has announced that it will be releasing its latest tablet, the Nokia T21 in Indonesia. Set for release next month, the T21 features a 10.36-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a peak brightness of 400 nits.

Nokia today launched its latest smartphone offering for the Malaysian market, the Nokia X30 5G. Built with both sustainability and longevity in mind, the device comes with a 3-year warranty, 3 OS upgrades and 3 years of monthly security updates, with a robust metal frame and a tough display to boot.

It's hard to imagine putting down our phones since these gadgets have become an integral part of our lives. Pekka Lundmark, the CEO of Nokia said otherwise, though. During the World Economic Forum 2022, he believes and predicts that 6G is quite likely to make our phones obsolete.

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones today launched the latest member of the Nokia G-Series family in Malaysia, the Nokia G21, with a special pre-order price of only RM759 through Shopee. The official retail price of the device is RM799.
