After nearly a month, Elon Musk has finally acquired Twitter at a staggering $43.3 billion ($54.20 per share). With great support from Morgan Stanley, an American investment bank (and his own funds), this acquisition grants him total control of Twitter and the deal is currently in regulatory approval. 

Not just you, we're also confused regarding the news of Elon Musk buying Twitter. A previous report claimed that the Twitter board was totally against the deal. However, the table might have just turned with this new information arrived by saying that the social media company is ready to take what Musk offers.

Recently, the news of the world's richest person, Elon Musk, offering to purchase the whole Twitter went viral quickly. Now, the latest update has come, and it's telling us that Musk might not be going to close the deal with the social media company.

Owning a 9.2 percent share of Twitter is not enough for Elon Musk, as the world's richest person has offered $43 billion (~RM181 billion) to purchase the social media company completely today. The news came from Musk himself through a tweet attaching the link to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

In an unexpected twist, Elon Musk became Twitter's largest shareholder and even asked if Twitter users want an 'edit' button. Obviously, it was a resounding yes from the community and this has kind of forced Twitter to reveal that the team has been working on it since last year.

The world’s richest person as well as the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk is now also the largest shareholder of the popular social media platform Twitter. Musk, who himself is a prolific Twitter user, now owns 9.2 percent of the company after purchasing a whopping ~RM12.1 billion in stock.

CNBC broke the news yesterday after spotting a US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing on the purchase. With the news of Musk’s Twitter stocks purchase, share prices of the social media company actually went up to more than 27 percent.

What is that thing? Well, that's a humanoid Tesla Bot and it was just recently unveiled by none other Tesla CEO Elon Musk at Tesla AI Day. As creepy as it looks, it is also technically impressive and maybe launching sometime next year.

The founder of Tesla, Elon Musk, has teased that the automobile company's latest Model S Plaid would be capable of running Cyberpunk 2077 (yes, the video game). He mentioned that the car's system is basically at the level of a PlayStation 5 and there's never been a car that has state of the art computing technology.

Due to WhatsApp's privacy issues, Signal has risen to fame after Tesla's CEO Elon Musk subtly promoted the app by tweeting 'Use Signal'. After that, the messaging app has recorded a surge in new users and caused the company to experience verification codes delay. Now, it is found out that the person who owns WhatsApp is also a user of Signal.

Some of you might have already gotten a new message ping from WhatsApp about the new privacy policy which will be shared with Facebook. While they claimed it's for marketing and ads purpose, many see this as an intrusion to their privacy and Elon Musk is telling everyone to switch to Signal.
