Besides a 50MP camera and support for 33W wired charging, we have come across a new report that reveals another feature of the upcoming Google Pixel 6 series. According to a screenshot shared and then deleted by Google’s senior vice president Hiroshi Lockheimer, the devices will also bring an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Google Pixel 6 series is making its way to the market in the coming months. Before that, more information regarding the Pixel 6 duo has once again surfaced on the internet. This time, it's about the battery, and it's reported that it would feature faster charging speed by surpassing previous Pixel smartphones' benchmark at 18W. 

Google has already given us a sneak peek at the Pixel 6 series earlier and will be launching the devices in no time. However, the company might still have something else up its sleeve, which is its very first foldable smartphone. With that said, Android 12 is back at it again by giving us more information about Google's future product. This time, it directly hints at the existence of the Pixel Fold.

Thanks to the fourth beta of Android 12, a code string that says "gn1_wide_p21" has been spotted and hints at the possibility of the Pixel 6 using Samsung's 50MP ISOCELL GN1 sensor. The same sensor is used on vivo's X50 and X60 series as well. For the "wide" part, it's said that it refers to lens angle, while "p21" is pointing to Pixel devices from 2021.

A few days ago, Google dropped the bomb by revealing its first in-house chipset, Tensor, together with the design of the Pixel 6 series. Other than that, the company didn't say much about the product features and tech specs. However, people always have their ways and found out that the Google Tensor will be a 5nm chipset.

Earlier, it was also reported that Samsung would participate in the development of the chipset codenamed "Whitechapel". Due to the relationship, insiders are claiming that the chipset could also offer AMD's graphics.

Not long ago, we've seen leaked renders of the upcoming Google Pixel 6 roaming in the wild. The renders suggest that the next-generation Pixel device will have a rather different design compared to all of its predecessors. With that said, it might also create problems for the case makers because of its unconventional camera bump. However, at least someone has successfully made it and leaked it on the internet.

It seems that Twitter user @FrontTron recently posted a tweet, hinting that the Google Pixel 6 will come equipped with an embedded gimbal camera that provides much better image stabilization when capturing video and pictures. But that’s not all, a separate statement by Twitter user @UniverseIce seems to hint that the aforementioned smartphone will most likely come equipped with a Samsung 50MP ISOCELL sensor as the main camera.
