    The big news this week included the fact that Maxis finally upped their game with 2x upgrades to their MaxisONE Plan and while they initially said it was RM199, Webe are now offering their unlimited mobile Internet plan for just RM79 apparently for a limited time only. Celcom offered some better Apple iPhone 7 bundles with their new FIRST Gold Plus plan.

    LEAGOO T1 Plus officially launched in Malaysia for RM699 with 13MP front and back cameras

    LEAGOO Malaysia officially launched their LEAGOO T1 Plus smartphone in Malaysia for RM699. Despite the entry-level price tag, the T1 Plus comes with a metal body, 13MP rear and front cameras (good for those selfie takers) and a fingerprint sensor with a choice of colours including champagne gold, rose gold or titanium grey. The T1 Plus is currently available at authorized sellers and their various LEAGOO stores across Malaysia with a bundled screen protector, case and more worth RM120.

    This week Huawei dominated the news with their latest and greatest Huawei Mate 9 and Porsche Design Huawei Mate 9 smartphones to go with a Huawei FIT smartwatch as well. Xiaomi managed to slip in their Redmi 4, Redmi 4A and Redmi 4 Prime smartphones while Olympus announced their OMD E-M1 Mark II DSLR will be going on sale in December 2016. The Meizu Pro 6S and Meizu M5 were officially announced while the Samsung w2017 flip phone officially arrived in China.
