Previously, we reported on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s promise to reconsider Touch ’n Go’s monopoly and how users may soon be able to pay for public transport using debit and credit cards. Well, another major announcement was made in regard to breaking Touch ’n Go’s monopoly, whereby users of 5 highways will be able to pay tolls using debit and credit cards by this September.

Nokia India quietly released their Nokia C12 Pro today too for the entry-level. Featuring a Unisoc 9863A1 chipset, 2GB RAM / 3GB RAM, 64GB storage and a 4000 mAh battery, the 2GB RAM variant goes for 6999 INR (~RM378) while the 3GB RAM variant is priced at 7499 INR (~RM405).
