In a collaboration between Shell Malaysia and Boost e-wallet, more than 800 Shell outlets across Malaysia will officially support payment via the Boost App starting April 2019. To give a little more information regarding the Boost E-Wallet, it is a mobile app that stores digital currency which then can be used to make purchases and payments to partnered services.

The recent discovery of the Shellshock vulnerability has made things very scary for practically everyone on the Internet, including mobile users. Since the Shellshock vulnerability allows an attacker to run any commands on an affected system, hackers could use Bash a core program to steal user data with ease. Already, a malware exploiting the Shellshock vulnerability called ELF_BASHLITE.A was spotted by Trend Micro. In response to this, Trend Micro are now offering free solutions for the Shellshock vulnerability but these are just for MacOSX and Linux servers for now.
