If you are a fan of ASUS Zenfone, this news might catch your attention. Previously, this series was rumoured to be discontinued in August last year. However, new leaks of the Zenfone 11 Ultra series have appeared. So, what should you know about it?

Do you love price drops on older smartphones? So do we. ASUS Malaysia has just sent an official statement that the ZenFone Max Plus M1 (ZB570TL) and ZenFone 4 Max (ZC520KL) have a new price tag now. Previously selling for RM649 and RM499, the two devices are now RM499 and RM399 respectively!

What's more, this bad boy here is featuring a high-capacity 5000mAh battery with a PowerMaster technology installed that allows your phone to go through an incredible 46 days of 4G standby time, as well as having a dual rear camera system with a 16MP main camera and a 120° wide-view camera.

The recently released ASUS ZenFone Max Plus with its 5.7-inch 18:9 aspect ratio display can be bought for RM499 tomorrow at the new opening of DirectD Digital Mall Kajang tomorrow at 8am (the queue starts at 6am). Looking at the Facebook page, a number of other smartphones going for this promotion also jump out including the Honor 8, Moto M and the ASUS ZenFone 4 Max Pro.

The ASUS ZenFone 4 (ZE554KL) model was finally launched in Malaysia at the end of October 2017 and you can get it in any ASUS store for RM2099 only. The mid-range device features a dual rear camera of 12MP + 8MP with the ability to switch between a normal or wide-angle shot based on your preference. Other than that, it's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 3300mAh battery and runs on ASUS ZenUI 4.0 (Android 7.1 Nougat) out of the box. ASUS recently announced their first 18:9 aspect ratio or fullview display phone with the ASUS Pegasus 4S courtesy of GizmoChina. Pegasus is their ZenFone series for China, and since it packs in a 4030 mAh battery, we suppose it will be part of the ASUS ZenFone 4 Max series when or if it arrives here in Malaysia. It will be available in China from 9 November 2017 but no Malaysia release date or pricing details yet.

Packing in a 12MP (F1.8 aperture) + 8MP (120 degree wide angle) dual rear camera, standout features for the phone includes a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 6GB of RAM/ 64GB of storage and a 5.5-inch full HD display.
