The Putrajaya Corporation (PPj) together with the Malaysian Ministry of Transport (MOT) is conducting a trial operation of the Automatic Transit Vehicle (ART) or trackless tram from 13 May to 31 July 2024. This pilot project aims to introduce ART as one of the modes of transport that complement the existing system network in Putrajaya. If successful, this tram service is expected to start at the end of this year.
