During the antitrust trial between Apple and Epic, there were a few documents from Apple which revealed that iMessage was not made available to Android devices even though the app did not run into incompatibility issues. This is largely due to the orders made by Apple executives to keep iMessage exclusive to the iOS platform, making it harder for existing iOS users to migrate to Android-powered smartphones.

Apple has gotten itself into a problem by knowingly selling defective MacBooks. According to the source, a class action lawsuit has been filed against the company over the MacBook Pro's 'stage light' fault. The court has also claimed that there is sufficient evidence to prove the company is aware of the issue before putting the MacBooks into the market.

Yup, you read that right. Google may have to pay up to $5 billion over a lawsuit for alleging collecting data on users when they surf on incognito mode. The lawsuit was filed back in June for violating the privacy laws and a federal judge just recently denied Google's request for dismissal of the lawsuit.

Earlier this week, Apple had faced a lawsuit filed by a woman who overspent in a gambling game called "Jackpot Mania". The lawsuit claims that Apple “promotes, enables, and profits” from gambling games on the App Store.

Apple and Qualcomm have finally reached a settlement, and they will no longer be continuing the back and forth lawsuit between these two parties. In light of that, Qualcomm will once again be supplying components to Apple in which they will be using for their upcoming devices.
