For those who don't know, the League of Legends: Wild Rift mobile game was made by Riot Games and the company is going to sue Moonton Technology again. Although this has happened before, the suing is due to Moonton's "blatant copying" Wild Rift features into its own Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

If you remember back in May, a Brazillian actually won a lawsuit against Apple for not including a charger in the iPhone 12 series box. This is due to Brazil's consumer protection regulator body, Procon-SP accused Apple of "misleading advertising".

Epic Games might have claimed that Fortnite wouldn't be returning to the Apple App Store, but that wouldn't be possible anyway. The company allegedly pledged to adhere to Apple's guidelines if its developer account was reactivated. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't have any intentions of doing so.

If you recall, the great Epic Games vs Apple saga has been drawing to a close in recent weeks. About 2 weeks ago, Apple reached an agreement with developers to allow certain apps to promote alternate payment methods. Now, the latest court ruling was announced and it isn't quite what both parties wanted.

Not sure if it's a "coincidence", but sometimes we could get targeted advertisements about things we've mentioned to someone before. Now, it appears that Apple is facing a lawsuit that alleges its voice assistant, Siri, has improperly recorded private conversations.

Some of you may recall Epic Games' decision to bypass the Apple App Store's payment system last year. Things quickly blew up between the two companies, resulting in an anti-trust lawsuit against Apple. After a long year, we're finally getting some form of resolution to this.

Back in late March 2021, Apple was fined by Brazil's authorities for not including a charger adapter in the latest iPhone 12 box. Even though the company had paid $2 million already, they also have to include one now after losing a lawsuit to Mariana Morales Oliveira, from Santos (Sao Paulo), Brazil. 

Earlier, Xiaomi had been blacklisted by the United States as former President Donald Trump designated the company as a “Communist Chinese military company". As a result, US citizens and companies were barred from investing or dealing with Xiaomi. Until now, it is reported that the Chinese tech company is finally removed from the blacklist following a lawsuit to US courts.

During the antitrust trial between Apple and Epic, there were a few documents from Apple which revealed that iMessage was not made available to Android devices even though the app did not run into incompatibility issues. This is largely due to the orders made by Apple executives to keep iMessage exclusive to the iOS platform, making it harder for existing iOS users to migrate to Android-powered smartphones.

Apple has gotten itself into a problem by knowingly selling defective MacBooks. According to the source, a class action lawsuit has been filed against the company over the MacBook Pro's 'stage light' fault. The court has also claimed that there is sufficient evidence to prove the company is aware of the issue before putting the MacBooks into the market.
