Back in June, Apple confirmed that it was making the transition from Intel CPUs to ARM-based chips for its Mac PCs. This includes the MacBook laptops, which many have claimed will feature the A14X Bionic chipset. It's still unknown whether Apple would hold an event to launch the new laptops, but a new report confirms that the 12-inch MacBook will be the first to get the new chip.

Last week, Apple announced that it will be terminating Epic Games' developer account. It was likely retaliation to the latter submitting a lawsuit after Apple had removed Fortnite from the Apple App Store. Microsoft has now decided to throw in its support for Epic Games, stating that termination of a developer account will hurt other game creators that rely on Unreal Engine.

When Epic Games sued Apple last week over the removal of Fortnite from its App Store, you'd think that things would simmer down before the two companies settle things in court. But Apple isn't going to take things lying down and has banned the former's developer account. And funny enough, it's going to be a fortnight from the date that Fortnite was removed. Oh boy...

At the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2020, Apple has announced that they will be making the switch from Intel chips to ARM chips for the Macs. By the end of this year, we'll get to see the first Mac with an Apple Silicon. However, few of us know that the Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC is actually one of the key contributors to this switch, as they have invested in 300 R&D teams to help Apple in this huge transition.

The Apple Pencil is currently an iPad Pro-only device, so the desktop Apple products can’t take advantage of the flexibility and creative options that is available with the Pencil. Now however we may just see something for the desktop in the near future, as Apple as just patented a Pencil-like device, but for the desktop.

During the WWDC 2016, Apple has unveiled the next successor to its current Mac operating system the OS X 10.11 El Capitan - the macOS Sierra. Sierra promises new window tab support across multiple apps, copy and paste between devices, Siri integration, and more.
