While the Google Nexus 5 is still a fairly new smartphone, many are already wondering how the next version, theGoogle Nexus 6 smartphone may look like. True, LG made the last two Google Nexus smartphones, but new rumours indicate that we could see the next version being made by Lenovo, which recently bought out Motorola. This has resulted in a concept render from 91mobiles.com which is both curved and colourful. Tech specs and features are still mostly rumours but point towards a 3GHz quad-core Qualcomm processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB / 64GB / 128GB storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, a 5.2-inch curved display with full HD 1080p pixel resolutions. It could also have a self-healing backside, although if it does have such a LG G Flex-like feature, it seems more likely that it would be made by LG than Lenovo. No news on Malaysia pricing or release dates but we're expecting the Google Nexus 6 to get announced in Q4 of 2014, around the same time as the Google Nexus 5 announcement last year. For now, check out the concept render in this article.

Other tech specs and features include a HDMI port, Ethernet port and two USB ports. In terms of features it can smoothly stream media to a PC or Android device, but this is probably through a WiFi router. The Lenoco Beacon will be available in black, blue, gray and orange with a Malaysia release date expected from April 2014. Pricing is expected to be at $199 (RM655) which is actually quite low considering the price of a standard dual-bay NAS in the market.

More 8-inch touchscreen tablets running Windows 8.1 are coming and one of the most recent is the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 which is aimed at the business crowd more than the common consumer. This means more premium features and tech specs which include an 8.3-inch screen with full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, a metal body, a micro HDMI port, an 8MP rear camera wih flash and the option to add 4G LTE. The tablet runs an Intel Z3770 processor and chipset with 2GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The resulting price is still quite affordable at $399 (RM1313). While there isn't any mention of business-class features like Intel vPro it does have Intel Anti-theft technology in place but if you're looking for a bit more security expect to have to set it up yourself with a third-party app. No news on Malaysia release dates but we should see it reach Malaysia in 2014.
