Xiaomi recently released the Xiaomi 12S Series, a range of smartphone known for its impressive camera specs, most notably the 12S Ultra with its Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor fine-tuned by Leica. While the series was a China-exclusive during launch, many are hoping that it will be released in Malaysia but alas, Xiaomi Malaysia has today confirmed that the device is sadly not coming to our shores.  

Someone finally knows when the Xiaomi 12 Lite is coming. According to tipster Paras Guglani, the device will have its global launch on 13 July, which is just next week. Besides that, Guglani also mentioned the Band 7 launching on the same day, but we already have it in the local market.

Xiaomi is still not done with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1-powered devices after releasing the Xiaomi 12S series. According to sources, the brand is now preparing to launch another two devices with the chip, the Xiaomi 12T Pro and Redmi K50S Pro. Besides that, they're also said to pack a 200MP camera.
