When you think of gaming laptops with fancy RGB lighting, there's a good chance that you will think of the ROG series by ASUS. The ROG Strix G16 (G614F) model might just be the best one yet. Why? Let's dive right in on the good, the bad and everything else.

For those unaware, ASUS announced new ROG Strix series laptops in May. These gaming laptops would feature the Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs and were to officially land here soon. Earlier today, ASUS confirmed that these laptops are now available in Malaysia. Here's a recap of the specs, features, and pricing for the new ROG Strix G16 (2025) G614 and G615 laptops.

Just a week ago, ASUS Republic of Gamers unveiled its latest 2024 lineup of ROG gaming laptops. As scheduled, selected models have finally arrived in Malaysia with brand-new Intel and NVIDIA AI processors with a starting price of RM8999. 

Other than the ROG Phone 3 series launch, ASUS also unveiled several new peripherals such as the ROG Falchion, ROG Cetra RGB, as well as the ROG Strix XG16 in order to give the Ultimate Mobile Gaming Experience to the user. Similar to the ROG Phone 3 series, there’s currently no official information in terms of the Malaysia release date and local pricing for now.
