We're sure quite a few Malaysians are a bit bummed that Samsung Malaysia are just bringing in the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge without the Samsung Galaxy S7. However, you can now get the Galaxy S7 from RM2899 from third-party sellers like Lazada and SatuGadgetDotCom. Quite obviously, these are AP sets with the warranty tied to the seller but SatuGadgetDotCom and similar sellers should be good for it. The full tech specs list is below but you should be able to get the Samsung Galaxy S7 in black, gold and white.

Samsung Mobile Malaysia extended their Samsung Galaxy S7 edge pre-order recently at 15% discount for RM2634 and a free 64GB microSD but with 2000 units. This time around the site was a lot more stable, and according to their Facebook page, many managed to get through and successfully do the pre-order. We found the site to be a lot more stable, so kudos to the Samsung Mobile Malaysia team for that.

Having sold-out their 1000 Samsung Galaxy S7 edge pre-order, Samsung Malaysia are extending this promotion for another 2000 units tomorrow on 8 March 2016 at 10.00am. While you don't get the same deal as the first 1000, you still can get the Galaxy S7 edge at RM2634 with a 15% discount and a 64GB microSD flash memory card for free. Check it out at the Samsung site tomorrow.

Yesterday, Samsung had a pre-order going on for the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone. Available to 1000 lucky buyers, the pre-order came with a number of extras including a free 128GB microSD card, 20% discount (resulting in RM2479 from the original price of RM3099) and extended warranty. Looking through the comments on the Samsung Facebook page, quite a few buyers didn't manage to make it through due to lag and the heavy load, but if you received the confirmation email from Samsung it should be confirmed that you're amongst the first 1000 and can collect the smartphone from 17 March to 20 March 2016.

Just in case you haven't heard, Samsung Electronics updated their website yesterday with the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge pre-order on 7 March until 11 March for RM3099 (including GST). And it's not only that, other benefits of the pre-order include 20% off the RRP, a free 128GB microSD card, 1 year extended warranty and only the first 1000 customers will get to own it one day before the official launching on 18 March.

So just in case you missed the trash talk by LG at Samsung on Twitter (which was taken down already) during the first day of MWC 2016, initially, we wanted to do a comparison between theSamsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5 to see which one is better.
