On 15 April 2026, PETRONAS confirmed that fuel supply across its nationwide station network in Malaysia is secured through the end of June 2026. This update extends its earlier projection, which only covered supply until the end of May.

Petronas’ e-payment solution Setel can now let you pay for fuel by redeeming your Mesra Points via the Setel app. Mesra Points are generally points that you get when you buy fuel or items from Petronas stations, so it basically means you get Petronas fuel for free. 

In a turn of events, Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB) has announced that the company are entering the e-commerce industry and has launched its very first online store with Shopee. With this, Malaysians are now able to buy Petronas fuel gift cards online and exclusive SEA Games merchandises at discounted rates, including free shipping within Malaysia.
