Well, the company has since confirmed that the series will be launched later today (24 May 2022) and even teased about the release of an Astro Boy Special Edition for the new smartphone lineup.

Xiaomi Malaysia today announced that two of its popular devices, the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro are now available nationwide at a new reduced price. Consumers can now get the devices at a up to RM200 lower price.

The Xiaomi 11T series got its global reveal back in September 2021 but only arrived in Malaysia recently. Today, Xiaomi Malaysia has announced that there will be 10 new grand opening Xiaomi Stores across Semenanjung Malaysia, as well as a new service centre in Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur on 23 October. Xiaomi Malaysia has officially announced that the Xiaomi 11T series, which includes the Xiaomi 11T, as well as the Xiaomi 11T Pro, starting at the price of RM1699 and RM2099 respectively. 

Just before lunchtime, Xiaomi Malaysia has confirmed that the Xiaomi 11T series is arriving in Malaysia on 23 September 2021. On the company's Facebook page, it has been announced that there will be a Malaysia online launch event at 8 PM on the said date. The livestream will happen on YouTube, Lazada and Shopee as well.

Xiaomi has officially announced that the Xiaomi 11T and the 11T Pro has been officially launched starting from the price of 499 Euros (~RM2451) and 699 Euros (~RM3434) respectively. Unfortunately, there is no official information on the Malaysia release date and local pricing for now.
