The OPPO Reno2 was just launched recently by OPPO. Now, the company has confirmed a brand new smartphone which will feature a 90Hz display. The smartphone will be part of a brand new lineup and will not be in the OPPO Reno series.

Today OPPO has announced the 1-Hour Flash Fix Service, where all selected OPPO service centres will check and fix up your OPPO devices within one hour. However, it is best to note that the speed of the maintenance solely depends on whether the damages on the smartphone was serious or not.

In an unexpected twist, Xiaomi has just announced that they have joined forces with OPPO and Vivo to create a cross-platform file sharing technology between their smartphones. With this established alliance, the initiative is to offer a better file transmission experience for the users.

So...it's August already! But things have been a bit quiet. OPPO filed a patent called “Wearable Electronics” on September 2018, which hints at the possibility that we could see a smartwatch manufactured by OPPO with the ability to fold its display. Once unfolded, the display would be more than two times larger than the original screen size when done properly.

During the MWC Shanghai 2019 event, we reported that Vivo did showcase its own new technologies but that's not the only company that was there. OPPO was also present showing a groundbreaking Under-Screen Camera (USC) technology as well as MeshTalk. What are those? Let's take a good look.

OPPO has finally revealed the world's first under-display camera equipped prototype at MWC 2019 in Shanghai, China. Similar to the rumours we had covered before, the prototype in question is equipped with a front-facing selfie camera which is embedded under the top section of the display. Since it is only a prototype, not much is known about the tech specs, as well as when is the Malaysia release date of future OPPO devices that comes with this technology.
