Waze introduced a new function in the US, as well as Canada, which allows the user to see the price of a toll along the route to their destination. Not only is this informative, but it could help drivers plan out their expenses while driving on the road.

ZDNet and Reddit have spotted a recent addition to Google Maps, which enables the application to detect speed limits as well as speed traps in more than 40 countries. The aforementioned features were initially available on another Google-owned application, Waze.

With the month of Ramadan coming to an end, Waze has graciously released a few predictions as to how the “Balik Kampung” traffic will pan out for the year of 2019 as to help fellow road warriors stay safe on their ride back.

So it finally happens, Google Maps will be getting a new update soon and according to sources, they will be rolling out new features to let users report car crashes report, speed traps and traffic slowdowns on-the-go. Something that Waze has a long, long time ago.

If you often use Waze, there's a good chance that the software will bring you to weird places and shortcuts to a designated location. While drivers usually get through the shortcuts, a woman was unfortunately stuck in her car around a palm oil estate yesterday morning at 8AM, just because Waze told her to.

Based on last year's travel statistics, Waze has released the peak time predictions to balik kampung for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2017 from 21 June 2017 to 25 June 2017. The infographics cover just Kota Baru, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Baru along with the top 5 metros but it should give some indication for those travelling up North and down South this Raya Aidilfitri. Do bear in mind that these are just predictions though so take them with a pinch of salt.

Today, Waze has announced a new feature for Wazes to simulate their own “pilot experience”! Apparently, Waze has collaborated with Malaysian Airlines for this feature. So how do you enable it? Read below to find out.
