The Dell Streak is a device whose 5-inch display makes it either a very large smartphone or a very small tablet computer. Whatever its classification, this model runs Google's Android OS on a 1 GHz processor, and offers Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, and a 5 megapixel camera.
Dell Streak: Build & DesignThis may sound odd, but how large the Streak is depends on how you classify it. If you consider it a smartphone, it's really big. On the other hand, if you think of it as a tablet computer, it's very small. In concrete numbers, it's 6 x 3.1 x 0.4 inches (153 mm x 79 mm x 10 mm).

HTC’s new 3G Aria is as cute as a button – a dainty version of an Android 2.1 superphone. While its size presents some problems, the HTC Aria is nonetheless an otherwise fully-featured cell phone, perfect for those who carry clutch purses or those who wish to be relatively unencumbered by gadgets.
HTC Aria - Features and Design:
Aria is a non-descript black slab with silver highlights and exposed screw heads; a more industrial functionality look than casual or nightclub style. Its rubberized case gives Aria a protective “sure grip.”
The Aria is fronted by a bright 3.2-inch, 320 x 480 display. On the rear is a 5-megapixel camera that doubles as a VGA video recorder and speaker. Up top is the power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack. On the bottom is a microUSB jack. Its only other physical features are a tiny action button (which also acts as a camera shutter button) beneath four touch controls, and the volume toggle on the left perimeter – so flush to the surface as to make it impossible to control by feel with the phone to your ear.

Here is the Samsung Galaxy S Review where we take a look at the Android Phone from Samsung with a Huge 4 inch SuperAMOLED Display , 1GHz CPU , 5 MP Camera , HD Video Recording and a lot more.
Samsung Galaxy S - Design and Build:
The Samsung Galaxy S is a monoblock touchscreen phone and measures in at 122.4*64.2*9.9mm. A glance at the measurements and you know this phone is sleek. While the handset is wider and taller than most touchscreens, it is not too large for a phone with a 4” screen. The phone weighs in at 119 grams which is quite light considering all the stuff fitted into the phone.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini is truly a unique smartphone. With a form-factor unlike any other Android device, our final review is sure to be very interesting. So, check it out below!
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini - Design and Build Quality:
The most striking aspect of the X10 Mini is definitely its design and size. You will not believe how tiny the device is till you see one and hold it. The phone is unbelievably small and can be mistaken for a toy phone.
The phone measures at 83x50x16mm which means it’s very small but a tad bit thick for today’s standards. But the thickness is expected because they have to cram all the features in such a small body. The weight of the phone is 88 grams which is very little. You can put it in your pocket and forget that it’s there.[ Read More ] -

The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is a little different. Even though it is largely sold as a “feature phone” rather than a smartphone, it has real smartphone brains under the hood with its Symbian S60 5th edition operating system. Does this make it a really good value for people who want web connectivity and smartphone-like functionality at a “dumbphone”.
Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro - Features:The “Pro” part of the Vivaz Pro’s name comes by way of the hardware QWERTY keyboard that slides out the side. In essence, you get a phone that is very similar to the original Sony Ericsson Vivaz, but with a keyboard. The trade off is that the camera is downgraded to “just” a five-megapixel shooter. It retains its 720p HD video recording capability though, making this a reasonably suitable cameraphone.

The HTC Wildfire is a budget phone in a pricier handset's body. Specifically, it's an HTC Tattoo in the sleek, metal body of an HTC Desire. Its low-resolution screen struggles to show the powerful Android operating system at its best, but, if you're looking to save some pennies, there's still plenty to love about the Wildfire.
HTC Wildfire - Hardware:
The phone has a solid feel – it doesn’t creak when the case is squeezed, and it feels robust. Like the Nexus One, the Wildfire has 4 capacitive buttons below the screen that are easily used, and not so close to the screen to be accidentally pressed. The buttons are the standard Android fare – Home, Menu, Back and Search – and their ordering is far more logical than, say, the order on the Nexus One.

Samsung debuts its own breed of smartphones with the heavily-specced Wave
The Samsung Wave is the first smartphone created by the Koreans using its own Bada OS. With super-slim dimensions and a powerful processor chugging under the hood, can Samsung create a super phone in its own image? The Wave is Samsung’s attempt at shaping the smartphone model in its own image, sculpting things both inside and out, and that certainly shows in the build quality. With a ridiculously thin 10.9mm profile, the Wave is so pocket friendly you won’t even know it’s there; although it is over 1mm thicker than the new Apple iPhone 4. We’re sure Samsung is now angry to have created such a chunky unit.

Windows Mobile 6.5.3 is an albatross hanging around the HTC HD Mini's neck. With the HTC Sense interface, the phone is somewhat usable. But with the wondrous Windows Phone 7 launched, you can't seriously consider the HD Mini right off the bat—so keep that in mind as we discuss the phone from a purely academic perspective.
HTC HD Mini - Design & Build:
The hardware is great. It's what we've come to know and love from HTC, scaling the HD2 down to a more accessible size. It's an industrial one, the HD Mini. Certainly not sleek and sexy like the Legend, nor curved like the Desire. Exposed screws on each corner of the rubberized back plate give it a very masculine appearance. Underneath the cover lies a bright yellow inside, a hidden secret which I showed off to countless friends while testing it
