With the announcement of the upcoming iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe 26, watchOS 26, visionOS 26, and tvOS 26 this week, Apple also introduced an expanded suite of safety features. It was designed to help parents better manage what their children can access and with whom they interact online, all while upholding privacy standards.

Just like iOS 26, iPadOS also got a name change with iPadOS 26. According to Apple, iPadOS 26 is the "most significant update to date", as it brings a new visual refresh and productivity-focused features to enhance the iPad further.

Today, Apple announced the release of iOS 18.2, iPadOS 18.2, and macOS Sequoia 15.2 which also means another wave of Apple Intelligence features rolling out. To update your Apple device, simply visit the settings > general and look for the newest software update.

Finally, after more than a month, Apple has released the first wave of Apple Intelligence features for select iPhone, iPad and Mac products. With the release of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1, you can now update to the latest software in your Settings app.
