The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) recently measured the network performance and compliance to the Mandatory Standard for Quality of Service (QoS) of local broadband providers from January to November 2016. The report revealed that Maxis offers the fastest download speed throughout Malaysia while DiGi offers the least amount of lag.
Maxis recorded the fastest average download speeds in 5 out of 6 regions, though, in the central region(which covers Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan), it was Celcom that has the fastest download speed. DiGi offers the quickest response time(Low average network latency), which basically meant "less lag" which is important in online gaming, streaming and teleconferencing.

WeBe digital have officially announced that they will officially roll-out their Unlimited everything Mobile Internet plan on 30 September 2016 nationwide. For now, you can register online early or go to their roadshow in Sunway Pyramid Orange Concourse and get more options when choosing your new number. There will be 3 experiential zones after it has been officially launched.

Confirming their earlier announcement in June, TM and WeBe digital have officially announced their single simple unlimited mobile data service plan starting from RM199 a month with subsequent discounts amounting to RM79.
There didn't seem to be any specific release dates but they mentioned WeBe digital will be open to the public in Q4 of 2016. No WeBe specific devices are expected and there will be more webe850 online activities coming soon. For now, you can register your interest at the WeBe digital site.
