Weekly TechNave: Lenovo Phabs, Moto Z, Sony Xperia X and Wiko UFEEL series arrive and more

This week, in a field previously dominated by Samsung and LG, Lenovo showed off their flexible phone-watch bracelet and foldable tablet concept alongside their modular Moto Z and Moto Z Force. Lenovo also announced their Phab 2, Phab 2 Plus and Phab 2 Pro (which is the first consumer Tango phone) while the ZTE nubia Z11 Max also went official as well. In China, the Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro officially appeared as well.

On the local side, Sony Mobile announced the Sony Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia XA Ultra while Lenovo sent us off to watch the Warcraft movie. Wiko also introduced the UFEEL, UFEEL Lite and Robby smartphones for the value market, breaking new ground as the first fingerprint sensor enabled metal body smartphone to be priced below RM450. Samsung confirmed 500 units of the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition while honor Malaysia confirmed the honor 5C and a subsequent contest to win one.

Celcom announced their first Perodua Axia winner while Digi offered new Ramadan deals for data. Samsung also announced some Raya Deals while Maxis announced new MaxisONE plan devices. Other notables include the Lumigon T3 smartphone that has night-vision and the usual Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and Apple iPhone 7 rumours.

On the review side, as promised we came out with the Huawei P9 review along with the hands-on first impressions video of the Sony Xperia X, Xperia XA and Xperia XA Ultra.
