Previously, we reported that all six telcos in Malaysia have agreed to the Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) 5G service agreement prior to its deadline of 30 June 2022. Now, it looks like our country can finally move forward and have 5G connectivity accessible to the masses as the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia (K-KOMM) said that the 5G service will rollout by September 2022 at the latest.

From its Facebook announcement, the Samsung Galaxy Flip 3, Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and the OPPO A77 5G can now go online in 5G.

Today, another smartphone has been added to the certified compatibility list with Malaysia’s 5G network, which is the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. Announced by Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) in a press statement, the A73 5G follows other Samsung devices that are already compatible with the 5G network in Malaysia.
