Today, Meizu has officially made its debut into the Malaysia market with two phones - Meizu M5 Note, and the premium yet affordable Pro 6 Plus for a price tag of RM849 and RM1999 respectively. All Meizu phones will be officially distributed exclusively by Dynamics Distribution Sdn Bhd, which includes the M3s, M3 Note, M5, and MX6. Below are the official specifications:

While there wasn't any clear big event or device this week, the sheer number of announcements was huge with Vivo announcing their V5 (set for an official announcement in Malaysia next week) along with their X9, X9 Plus and XPlay 5 devices. The more powerful OnePlus 3T got announced rather quietly alongside the downgraded Huawei Mate 9 Lite while Huawei also announced the Huawei Mate 9 Pro for China. Check out the rest in the article.

So apart from Huawei, Meizu is also bworking hard this year. Just releasing three new phones last month, it was reported that Meizu is planning to release another Meizu M3 smartphone variant which will be in full metal cover on 13 June. No name was given for the new device but it's likely to be call m3 Note.

So as confirmed, Meizu has unveiled the M3 Note as a mid-range smartphone at Beijing, China today. The price listed for it is 799 Yuan (around RM494) for the 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM version and 999 Yuan for the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM version, as speculated in the previous leak.
