A Tactical Edition for the Samsung Galaxy S20? That's not something you hear every day for smartphones. At most, the closest we could ever get close to a military-grade body on a tech device is usually on a laptop (Lenovo comes to mind) but here it is. Announced officially by Samsung Electronics just a few hours ago, the Galaxy S20 Tactical Version was designed for the US Officials and the Department of Defense with more than just a tough body casing.

Based on a video interview with Ross Young, Samsung could be adopting Qualcomm’s new 3D Sonic Max ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for their upcoming Galaxy Note 20 series smartphones which is due to be unveiled this year. The aforementioned sensor is roughly 17 times bigger than the existing sensor found on the Samsung Galaxy S10, S20, and Note 10 series which makes it easier for the user to scan and unlock their smartphone.

In this latest DxOMark smartphone camera test result, they have tested and reviewed the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra camera capabilities. Scoring 122 points, this is a pretty respectable high score but it was just enough for the phone to land in the top 5. To be fair, all the top scores are very close but anyway, below are some pros and cons of Samsung's camera-centric flagship.

As most smartphone brands have built up their fan base and introduced different series of smartphones models, not all of them have an ecosystem that allows multiple devices to interact with each other. Not that we are saying all of them should have one, building an ecosystem from the ground up is not as easy as you think. So far, only 3 companies are doing that and Samsung is one of them.
