The Huawei P40 Pro+ is Huawei's top-of-the-line for its P series this year. It is equipped with the Kirin 990 5G chipset, 8GB of RAM, and a large 512GB of internal storage. Also, it uses the latest Nano-Tech Ceramic material on the back cover to make it more durable with anti-fingerprint stain coating as well.

Near the end of May, Huawei opened up pre-orders for the P40 Pro+ in China, which proved that a global release was imminent. That's exactly what was announced today, with Huawei Malaysia confirming that the device will be available in Malaysia on 26 June 2020 for RM4999.

It seems that Huawei has posted on Weibo account, stating that the Huawei P40 Pro Plus will be available for pre-order on 1 June 2020 while the first sale of sale starts from 6 June 2020 onwards from the price of RMB7988 (~RM4865). As a reminder, the tech specs of the Pro Plus variant is largely the same as the Pro, except it has a 50MP Ultravision + 40MP Ultra-wide Cine + 8MP 3x Periscope + 8MP 10x Periscope + ToF camera sensors in the rear.

Huawei has officially announced the Huawei Together 2020 package which allows customers to own various Huawei products such as the Huawei Y6p, Huawei Matepad T, Band 4 Pro, and more starting from only RM3.69 a day. Huawei has officially announced that you can get 50% instant rebate on Huawei In-App Purchases (Huawei IAP), Huawei Video premium content, Mobile Cloud storage plan, and Themes starting from now until 31 May 2020. But that’s not all, Huawei will also be donating 5% of all transactions during the aforementioned duration to selected charity organisations listed on their official Facebook page.

The Huawei P40 Lite 5G has been officially launched in Europe starting from the price of 399 euros (~RM1878), and it comes equipped with hardware such as the HiSilicon Kirin 820 5G and 6GB of RAM. While there’s no news in terms of the Malaysia release date, we do know that it will be available for purchase in the European region starting from 29 May 2020.
