The Samsung Galaxy Note series has always stood out from the crowd ever since the first launch of Galaxy Note. It practically pioneered phablets and the larger phone display and brought plenty of innovation with it’s S Pen stylus. So, after Samsung upgraded the Galaxy Note 9 with a Bluetooth S Pen they went and added on a six-axis motion controller and more with the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+.

If you’re into portability then you’ll definitely love Samsung’s latest addition to their notebook family - The Samsung Galaxy Book S. It’s a super thin and light notebook which interestingly runs the Snapdragon 855 chipset like a smartphone without losing out on the PC experience as it features the Windows 10 OS which makes for an interesting combination.

Based on a South Korean media, Samsung Vice Chairman Jay Lee is looking towards merging the mainstream Samsung Galaxy S and the Note series into a single entity. However there is no confirmation on whether this is going to happen to future smartphones released by Samsung. A fresh leak seems to imply that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablet will include a S Pen, enabling it to have Galaxy Note functionality, which is good consideration as a due upgrade for people still holding on to the older Galaxy Note Tab tablets.

Calling for all Samsung Galaxy Note fans – while the phone that you know of is now dead, you might have a chance to own Galaxy Note 7 alike phone with better specs by first quarter of year 2017. Don’t get us wrong – we are not talking about the China-made lookalike phones, but instead it is the upcoming Galaxy S8 by Samsung. According to a report, the Samsung Galaxy S8 may support the Galaxy Note’s signature S Pen and Samsung would more likely to sell it as extra accessory instead of integrated into the phone.
