Based on a statement made by Nokia Anew, the Nokia 9 PureView that is fitted with 5 image sensors in the rear could be released on the end of January 2019. But that’s not all, the statement also mentioned to expect the unexpected as there are “many surprises” in store during the unveiling. As we move towards the end of 2018, we have definitely witnessed the trend of the battle of the mid-range smartphones in Malaysia. A keen observer would notice that smartphone brands are catering to selfie lovers with aggressive prices and respectable tech specs. Samsung is no stranger to this as they are starting to shift towards its Galaxy A series on this, and the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) is certainly an eye-catching device.

On Weibo, Honor teased their upcoming smartphone, the Honor View 20 which is due to be released on the 22nd of January. From what it seems, there will be three colour variants for the smartphone. Each teaser image has a background colour and environment, representing each smartphone design which we think might be a shade of blue, copper, and black.

It is confirmed! The Honor View 20 will be having a global release date on the 22nd of January 2019 in the City of Lights otherwise known as Paris! Posters show that the smartphone will be first device in the world with an in-display camera. Besides that, it also will be the first smartphone in the world to feature a 48MP Ultra Clarity Sony IMX586 sensor.

Huawei teases that the upcoming Huawei Mate 20 Pro will be coming with a larger battery than its predecessor. According to the image courtesy of pocket-link.com, the battery of the upcoming Huawei device will be larger than 4000mAh. Paired up with the upcoming Huawei In-house processor, the HiSilicone Kirin 980 chipset featuring the Neural Processing Unit, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro will see a huge improvement in terms of battery life, comfortably pushing the usage per charge to more than a or two day assuming my theories are correct.
