Previously, we shared how Apple and the Indonesian Government have finally struck a deal to lift the iPhone 16 Series ban in the country. Now, some 7 months after its global launch, Apple has announced that the iPhone 16 Series will officially be launched in Indonesia on 11 April.

Every year, Apple hosts its next Apple Event in September. While there's no official announcement yet, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg thinks the company would have it on 7 September 2022. Almost a week after that, the sales could happen on 16 September 2022.

As usual after a new Apple iPhone announcement, Apple Malaysia have cut the prices of the Apple iPhones currently being sold in on the Apple Malaysia Store. This price cut comes up to RM450 with the 32GB storage version Apple iPhone 7 Plus now costing RM3349 (previously it was RM3799).
