We’re having a hard time wrapping our heads around the idea itself but we may be seeing a more “affordable” version of Apple’s iPad. However, a few compromises may be made to reduce the cost of the device but the overall look and feel of the device may remain the same.

It isn't a feature you're going to need unless you really need it, but water resistance turns out to be the main feature that saved a woman and her friends in an accident at sea near Japan. Reported by the TODAYShow and retweeted by Tim Cook, Rachel Neal and friends were knocked overboard near Okinawa Beach, Japan and lost their way at sea. She made an emergency SOS call with her iPhone, after which she and her friends were rescued.

It's been a few weeks now since Apple has rolled out iOS 11, followed by iOS 11.0.1, iOS 11.0.2, iOS 11.0.3 and finally, the latest iOS 11.1 that was released on 31 October 2017. Anyway, for those who have gotten the latest iOS 11.1, the update may not seem like there are many changes except for the obvious new App Store design and the Control Centre. But there's more than meets the eye, check out our discovery of the Top 7 iOS features that are hiding in your iPhone (this should work on the iPad too, but we are focusing this on the iPhone).

As usual after a new Apple iPhone announcement, Apple Malaysia have cut the prices of the Apple iPhones currently being sold in on the Apple Malaysia Store. This price cut comes up to RM450 with the 32GB storage version Apple iPhone 7 Plus now costing RM3349 (previously it was RM3799). Other iPhones don't get as high a cut as the iPhone 7 Plus but there is still a slight price cut, making it the ideal time to get previous generation iPhones. We expect these prices to get slashed further the closer we get to the official Apple Malaysia Store selling the iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 8 with more deals from various retailers but you shouldn't have to wait long as the new iPhones are expected in November or December 2017.

Welcome to another camera battle where in this round, it's between the OnePlus 5 and the Apple iPhone 7 Plus. So why did we choose these two particular flagships? Well, it's because both are using a telephoto lens as their secondary camera. Also, we also can't help but point out how both look so similar but in spite of this, the price difference is quite far apart at RM2388 vs RM3699.

Everyone's ideal smartphone would be one that has good performance (battery and camera) yet offers value for money without selling our organs off (especially kidneys). But in reality, that's a hard thing to balance. It's either you pay highly for a premium product or pay low for mediocre products. Well, aside from Xiaomi, OnePlus is making that dream come true. If you remember reading our review of the OnePlus 3T, we dubbed it as the "flagship killer" and this applies the same to the OnePlus 5. Find out more below in our review.
