According to Mr Anonymous the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will have RM500 price cuts to the original pricing. This means that the new price will be as follows:

• Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB storage ~ old RRP RM3099 new RRP RM2599
• Samsung Galaxy S7 ~ old RRP RM2699 new RRP RM2199

Today, it was announced by Design Awards that Samsung Electronics has won 49 iF Design Awards, including one Gold Award, at the world-renowned International Forum Design Awards 2017. Thirty-five of the awards were given for superior product design, four for professional concept design, seven for communication design, and three for packaging design.

GSMA have announced that the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has been awarded the Best Smartphone 2016 for this year's MWC 2017. Previously named the best smartphone for last year's MWC, this year the Galaxy S7 edge went up against the Huawei P9, Apple iPhone 7 Plus, Google Pixel XL and Moto Z.
