The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has announced that road users in the country can convert their probationary driving license (PDL) to the competent driving licence (CDL) through the MyJPJ app starting tomorrow (17 February). In a statement, JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli asserted that this new feature will benefit some 2.38 million ‘P’ driving license holders.
