It seems that a new company called Metalenz has recently been spotted, offering a new type of lens that could potentially reduce the size of the rear camera bump on future smartphones. While not much is known in regards to which smartphones will come equipped with the new lens, it does give us a better idea on how the smartphones could look like in the future.

This was answered by Bruce Lee, Vice President of Huawei in regards to third-party cases since the official protective cases have sold out.

Fans of classic side-scrolling shooters would probably remember the Metal Slug series, which we haven't heard of it a long time. But there's some good news on that end as it has been confirmed that new Metal Slug games are in development. Sources have claimed that SNK Interactive is working on two titles to add to the Metal Slug series, one for game consoles and the other for mobile devices.

Rumoured to be going official as soon as 24 January 2019, renders and even a video of the vivo Apex have appeared. Featuring an all smooth exterior with no ports or jacks (and a hidden pop-up periscope front camera like the vivo nex) the Apex appears to be all screen on the front and a smooth metallic bar on the back with dual rear cameras. There doesn't appear to be any rear fingerprint sensor either, so we assume that it will have an under display fingerprint scanner. No actual buttons were in sight either.

The Neffos N1 is TP-Link’s first smartphone in their portfolio to pack in a 12MP + 12MP dual rear camera with one of them being a monochrome sensor. Going for a slim metal body and midrange tech specs, the RM1099 priced smartphone was also globally launched from Malaysia along with the Neffos C7 and Neffos C5A.
