Samsung Malaysia recently announced the Malaysia availability of their latest Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. Featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 8-inch HD display (1280 x 800 pixel resolution), 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 8MP autofocus rear camera, 5MP front camera, 4G LTE and USB Type-C port, it offers a more portable bigger display device than your average smartphone. The energy efficient Snapdragon 425 and 5000 mAh battery should ensure fairly good battery life so if you're looking for a long-lasting Samsung tablet, this could be the one.

The budget non-S Pen stylus using Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) got officially listed recently for 6490000 Vietnamese Dong (~RM1197). The overall tech specs and features include a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 8-inch HD display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and 5000 mAh battery. Other tech specs include an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 212.1 x 124.1 x 8.9mm | 364g measurements. It seems decidedly entry-level despite the above RM1K price tag and so far no Malaysia release dates or pricing details just yet.

The Galaxy J7 Plus will probably be like the Galaxy J7 Pro, except with a dual-camera setup consisting of a 13MP f/1.7 camera paired with a 5MP f/1.9 secondary snapper. The camera is reported to be capable of Samsung’s new Live Focus portrait mode which we have just witnessed on the Galaxy Note 8. Expected to launch in Thailand very soon.
