In recent months, WhatsApp has been adding features that allow users to link their accounts to more devices. Last month, the company introduced a feature called Companion Mode, which is now in beta for Android users. Now, it looks like the feature is coming to iOS too.

Every September, Apple would launch their annual event to the world. If there’s no delay during this period, then the company would reveal some of the newest products to surprise Apple fans and the media. There are a ton of rumours and leaks before they release a certain product, and here’s the new one about the iPad Air 4 leaks.

Based on a report by mydrivers.com, it seems that Apple’s upcoming iPad 4 tablet will most likely come equipped with an 11-inch display as well as USB Type-C support. While not much is known in regards to the exact tech specs of the aforementioned device, we do know that it will most likely come equipped with Apple’s A13 chipset.

Last week, people were able to go through iOS 14's coding to find hints of many new upcoming products. At the time, it was hinted that a new iPad Pro is indeed coming. Sources have mentioned that we will likely be seeing four new models and the latest leak reinforces that claim.

Tablets don’t often get very high-end tech specs or features, despite the fact that they are rapidly edging out the laptop or desktop as most users choice of media playback device. They usually don’t pack in renowned audio technologies, don’t have the latest processors or the most RAM and usually are made of plastic. The tablets that do use more premium materials like metal are often so expensive that they cost more than most laptops. Good news for iPad users, Logitech did a collaboration with Apple recently and the company has unveiled its first accessories designed for the new Apple iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4. Introducing the with Logitech CREATE Backlit Keyboard Case and the Logitech Focus Flexible Protective Case, both accessories are available now for RM699 (with GST) and RM199 (with GST).  

“The iPad Pro coupled with iOS 9 opens new ways to create, work and play on the tablet,” said KP Sim, Logitech Country Manager of Malaysia, Philippines and Brunei. “With this in mind, we worked closely with Apple to design the Logitech CREATE and Logitech Focus to unleash even more possibilities. This has resulted in two functional yet beautiful cases, and the best iPad keyboards we’ve ever created. From compatibility with the Apple Smart Connector to the color and finish of the keyboard, every detail was meticulously crafted to perfectly complement the iPad Pro and the iPad Mini 4.” 

Apple also officially announced their business-targeted Apple iPad Pro tablet complete with a Microsoft Surface like keyboard and Pencil stylus. The iPad Pro comes with a 12.9-inch display with 2732 x 2048 pixel resolution. Other known tech specs include an Apple A9x processor and four speakers. The Keyboard has a magnetic Smart Connector that provides both power and data but comes separately at $169 (RM711.07). The Apple Pencil stylus also comes separately at $99 (RM416.54) but there is no place for you to slot it in on the tablet. Looking much like a 6.9mm thin iPad Air 2, the iPad Pro offers up to 10 hours battery life and is fully optimized for use with Microsoft Office and Adobe Apps. No Malaysia release dates yet but the iPad Pro is expected to arrive in November (which means Malaysia could see it next year).

The Apple iPad mini 4 was also officially announced with a slimmer 6.1mm thin case (compared to the iPad mini 3 at 7.5mm) with a zero-gap screen and still 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution Retina display. Other tech specs and features will include an Apple A8 processor, 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera while everything else remains the same. Unfortunately, there is no rose gold option for the iPad mini 4 but it will have a preorder starting from 11 September 2015 with shipping on 25 September 2015. No Malaysia pricing details yet but the 16GB storage iPad mini 4 will be priced as below. Like certain Apple iPhones in Malaysia, the pricing of Apple iPads have also been increased and the iPad mini 3 has been removed from the site.

Now that the latest and greatest Apple iPad Air or 5th generation iPad is here, many older Apple iPad users are considering buying it, especially since it offers a new 64-bit A7 processor, improved slimmer and thinner design and better overall performance. However, with the current state of Malaysia's finances and currency, the Apple iPad Air will likely be sold for a higher price than the previous 4th generation Apple iPad.
