While we're about six to seven months away from the actual official release of the Apple iPhone 7, the wishfully thinking designers have already come out with their own renders. A new one recently surfaced showing off a Super AMOLED display, ceramic back, waterproof design, A10 processor and no 3.5mm headphone jack. The overall design remains the same though, retaining the rounded metal frame from the Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
The no headphone jack feature certainly seems likely indicating a thinner iPhone 7 but the rest seem very much like wishful thinking to us. While this cycle of the iPhone iteration should result in a differently designed smartphone, Apple have never made any waterproof smartphone to date, so there is no reason for them to start now. As usual of such rumours, do take it with a good pinch of salt. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details yet, but stay tuned for more details.

New leaked images from Taiwanese website Apple.club.tw have appeared and it was claimed to be the backlight assembly of the Apple iPhone 7. According to them, the backlight assembly is quite similar to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, except that the 3D Touch chip and LCD flex cables are relocated.
Apple.club.tw also speculated that if it’s not the iPhone 7, then it could be the upcoming rumoured 4-inch “iPhone 6c”. But it doesn’t fit the puzzle as it was reported that the device will not have a 3D Touch feature. Also, the backlight assembly seems too big for a 4-inch iPhone.

We’ve read a lot of rumours, some are intriguing and some are too good to be true. Well this one belongs to the too-good-to-be-true category, because according to Chinese website MyDrivers, the upcoming Apple iPhone 7 Plus will have a 256GB worth of storage space and a 3100 mAh battery.
It’s not common to hear smartphone reaching 128GB storage capacity, if not then most of the time the device will be supported by an expandable memory with a microSD card. But who knows, maybe the iPhone 7 Plus could be the breakthrough? And the 3100 mAh battery was reportedly 12.7% larger than the iPhone 6s Plus’s battery, but it seems to contradict other reports of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be thinner.

Although Apple's latest releases, the Apple iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus have been popular right from the start, their older plastic sibling, the iPhone 5C hasn't seen the same popularity and may be discontinued. Be that as it may, a new report says that Apple is planning to release a smaller 4-inch display iPhone by Q2 2015. The compact form factor has always been Apple's motto, until it succumbed to consumer demand and released the new iPhone 6 models. Even the smallest device of the two, the iPhone 6, measures 4.7 inches in size, which is much bigger than any of the iPhones released to date. Given that the earlier iPhones too were quite popular among buyers, there must be a number of users who were disappointed to see a larger Apple device. According to the supply chain sources of the company, a smaller 4 inch iPhone is in the works aimed at the compact phone lovers and women who would want a phone which can be operated with just hand. Moreover, this phone can be the ideal candidate to replace the fading iPhone 5C. Unfortunately, there are no tech specs, Malaysia release dates or pricing details about this 4-inch iPhone, but make sure you check back to the website for additional information in the coming weeks.
